Founder of Antiwhelm™

Andrea Dailey is an award-winning product, program, and strategy leader, author, inventor, entrepreneur, and founder of Antiwhelm™.

For more than 20 years, Andrea has built products, programs, companies, teams, and operating systems across education, healthcare, technology, gaming, digital marketing, manufacturing, and artificial intelligence.

At Jostens, Andrea led product strategy for an education portfolio valued at more than $1 billion and used by more than 20,000 schools. Her work produced millions of dollars in savings across manufacturing operations and earned multiple leadership and Legend Awards for exceptional organizational impact.

Her career also includes leading planning and release work for Xbox at Microsoft and leading artificial-intelligence programs at Mayo Clinic. She is a named inventor on a U.S. patent for an innovative application of AI facial-recognition technology.

Andrea has advised C-suite executives—including CEOs, CIOs, and COOs—and senior leadership teams on product, strategy, operations, technology, and execution.

Earlier in her career, she founded a digital marketing company and served as its chief operating officer. Her work has earned additional leadership, achievement, innovation, business, and community awards, including several across the Tampa Bay region.

Andrea is also the creator of SSME™: Simple, Scalable, Minimal, Effective—a framework for removing unnecessary complexity and building systems that work without creating more work.

She is the author of Life Reports: The Free Range Years and has designed and built several original digital tools and applications. Across companies, books, frameworks, technology, and products, her work follows the same instinct: take something complicated, identify what actually matters, and turn it into something people can use.

Antiwhelm grew from both Andrea’s career and her personal life.

Professionally, she learned that more effort, more meetings, more processes, and more complexity rarely produce better work. Removing what did not matter made her more focused, effective, efficient, and significantly less stressed.

Personally, Antiwhelm grew from seeing—and experiencing—what happens when people carry too much: family crises, difficult relationships, painful endings, other people’s problems, old beliefs, impossible expectations, and the pressure to protect, prove, control, fix, and hold everything together.

Antiwhelm became the way Andrea worked, made decisions, handled difficult circumstances, and made her life lighter.

For more than 15 years, Andrea has wanted to turn what she learned from those experiences into something that could help other people, especially kids. Antiwhelm is that work.

Antiwhelm is not self-help.

Self-help makes you the project. Antiwhelm gets you out of project mode.

It is about questioning the beliefs, rules, stories, expectations, and patterns running your life. It is about releasing what is not yours to control, fix, or carry. It is about making life lighter, simpler, and more your own.

CARRY LESS. SOLVE NOTHING. GO LIVE YOUR LIFE.

THIS IS Antiwhelm™.
